Job description

We are looking for a Treasury Executive to plan and execute day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities including managing the company’s cash flow forecast, identifying cost-saving and profit maximizing opportunities and ensuring compliance with company, department and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company’s cash assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Posts daily treasury activities.
• Maintains foreign currency logs and trade settlement.
• Performs daily bank account reconciliation.
• Managing short term cash flow.
• Compiles data for weekly cash management report.
• Assists with preparation of monthly reports, such as historical cash flow report, mark to market report, facility and interest report, etc.
• Update exchange rate related information, such as indicative rate, accounting rate.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, prefer in commodity industry, foods and manufacturing.
• Experience with Microsoft application tools, such as Words, Excel, Power Point, and ERP application knowledge, prefer SAP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work closely with team colleagues, coupled with working with minimum supervision.
• Work independently and well organized and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Close attention to detail to ensure that accurate and thorough work is produced in a timely manner.
• Initiative and analytical in nature.
