Customer Order Management Manager / Senior Executive / Executive

Job Description

JB Cocoa is looking for a Customer Order Management Executive to accompany its fast growth across Asia and Europe.  With manufacturing as a core business, the customer Order Management executive plays an important role to ensure that customers’ orders are being planned, produced, and shipped on time.  The right candidate is highly organized. The candidate understands the importance of handling customers requirements, while protecting the company’s interests. This is a new role, and therefore a great opportunity for ambitious talents to develop!

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Processes customers’ orders, from order receipt to delivery. The right candidate will be knowledgeable on how to process orders, and communicate internally/externally to successfully process difficult orders
  • Ensures timely processing of orders. The right candidate will work with a sense of urgency to complete orders in a timely manner
  • Processes change orders: understand the rules around change orders, and communicates internally/externally to successfully process difficult orders without extra costs for the company
  • Works with internal teams to achieve customer expectations
  • Direct reporting to Group Sales & Marketing Manager

Experience

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the field of order management or customer service in manufacturing
  • Experience in communicating with local and international customers
  • Experience in the food industry manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent data entry and accuracy
  • Experience with excel, MRP/ ERP systems, SAP is a plus.

Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Supply chain management, logistics or similar relevant field. Or High School Diploma with vocational training in customer service, order management, import/ export, or similar.
